The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind. My husband and I have birthdays in the same week, and Santonearo Hotel helped make the occasion special. We had a dreamlike private pool, completely private, with no strangers walking by, just peaceful, relaxing moments. They welcomed us warmly from start to finish, surprised us with lovely birthday decorations in the room, and let us stay until 6 p.m. on departure day at no charge. A magical, unforgettable stay, highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm honestly sad to be leaving. I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Your location is by far the best I've ever seen, and your staff are so sweet and caring. It's rare to find that nowadays. Everything went smoothly throughout my stay, without a single problem. The kitchen was excellent, and the service outstanding. For me, you're simply the best! I loved the place and came away with nice memories. The rooms have everything you need, the views across the island are lovely, breakfast is good, and there are delicious restaurant options. Fira, the island's main city for shopping and going out, is a little far away. The outdoor pool felt cold to me, so I think it's only usable on hot summer days.

Breakfast was one of the highlights, brought to our room each morning as a delicious spread: fresh eggs, yogurt parfaits, pancakes, pastries, juices, fruit, and more. Everything tasted perfect, and all the details felt carefully thought through. The outdoor spaces, rooms, and pools were spotless throughout our stay. Our suite was spacious and well appointed, easily fitting our family of five with three young children. The furniture was elegant, and each room felt both luxurious and welcoming. The caldera views from the private pool or jacuzzi were breathtaking, absolutely magical. Santonero is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in, with the best and most helpful staff. Katerina and Alex were professional, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our wedding stay unforgettable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel so cared for and exceeded all expectations. This is an experience we'll treasure forever, and we know we'll return again and again.
