Santorini Princess Presidential Suites

The pool was heated, which we loved, and the water was just the right temperature. Breakfasts were tasty and had a good range of choices, especially the excellent pancakes. The place is spotless and private, with a stunning caldera view. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the woman at reception was especially kind.

The service at Santorini Princess Presidential Suites was the best we've had, even after staying at some of the world's top luxury hotels. Everyone was warm and sincere, and went out of their way to make our stay work. I could give this place 1,000 stars. Naya deserves a special mention. She knows the island inside out and made things happen for us, from a last-minute wine tour and horseback riding to dinner reservations. She handled every request with a smile and made it all feel easy. By the end, she felt like family. I would have packed her in our suitcase to take her home, haha. We came back one day to find our villa decorated for my husband's birthday. The staff brought out a cake and sang “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful surprise. We'll cherish that memory. The villas are beautiful, with dreamlike views. Having breakfast on our private terrace above the Caldera became one of our favorite moments, and every dinner was a treat. We had a magical trip and memories we'll keep for years. If you're considering a stay, don't hesitate.

Naya, the hotel manager, went out of her way to make sure we were looked after each day. We had entered the wrong pickup and drop-off point for an excursion, and she called the company herself to make sure they brought us back to the correct hotel. That was one example of the excellent service. She also gave us ideas for exploring Santorini and even helped with late-night WhatsApp requests. This was the best service I've had in Greece so far, and a true five-star stay. The location is well worth the money.

We only stayed one night during a family trip, but everything was wonderful. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, and we had a private pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was brought to our room, so we could eat outside and enjoy the view. Naya was warm and welcoming. Even after checkout, they let us use the hotel's towels and return to the main area to shower after the beach. I'd highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.
