The bar staff and cleaners were friendly, approachable, and always made us smile. We loved the bar food, the hot tub, and the room design. We came for our honeymoon, but when we arrived there was no receptionist to check us in, even though Loveholidays said a receptionist was available 24/7. On a few nights, people in the room next door were loud at strange hours and disturbed our sleep. Another reason for the four stars is the receptionist, who I think was called Antonio. He would randomly ring our room landline to ask if we wanted room service, even though the cleaners knew what time we got up. Most of the time he seemed moody, was on his phone, and came across as fairly rude, unlike the other staff.

The staff really made the stay. Tim at the front desk made sure we had what we needed and sorted out transportation, while Niko and Kanela, if I’ve got the spelling right, were fantastic behind the bar and great to talk with. They all went the extra mile. The location is clean and quaint, between the relaxed south end and the busier city. The rooms are a good size and the food is fantastic. We had a great experience, 10/10, and would go back.

I came to Serenità for dinner and was impressed by the high-quality food, attentive service, and calm, refined atmosphere. The caldera view is beautiful, especially at sunset. I didn’t stay at the hotel, but the suites and outdoor areas looked elegant, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained. A very carefully put-together place in every respect.

Our engagement trip turned out even better than we’d imagined, thanks in part to this peaceful, beautiful place 🤩🥰. The sunsets over Santorini were stunning, and the food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented every time. At Serenita Luxury Suites, the staff were genuinely caring, friendly, and helpful. Our spotless room had a private jacuzzi with a lovely view, and the shared pool area was quiet and relaxing. It felt like a hidden gem, and staying here was pure bliss.
