A lovely place for families, just 20m from the sandy beach. It's right by the seaside, and the city center is only about a five-minute drive away.

The beach is right there, with a restaurant and bar next door, and other businesses within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Parking is in an unsecured lot. Breakfast was included and okay, and the rooms were clean with an acceptable shower. For the price, we had a good stay, though nothing stood out as special.

We stopped for one night because it was on our way. The sea at the hotel's beach in Makri of Alexdrapoli is shallow, which makes it well suited to families with children. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower area, and free parking. But the rooms are poorly maintained, with an unhygienic and uncomfortable bath curtain, and the restaurant and hotel are neglected even though they should have been ready for the season. Would I stay again? No.

People were shouting all night, and the room had several problems: a terrible smell, dark fungus on the shower curtain, stains that looked like blood on the bedding and shower towel, and a wall socket hanging out. It is fairly cheap, has parking, and is close to the sea.

The only thing worth it is the beach view. The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, there are no mosquito nets and insects everywhere, and the smell from a channel is strong and terrible.
