The owner, Yanis/Janis, was very kind, and on our last day he gave us a gift to thank us. We appreciated his hospitality and the way he runs the hotel. We really liked the rooms, and everything was great. It's in a beautiful, quiet area near the beach. If we return to Paralia, we'll stay at his hotel again.

The owner was such a kind, welcoming person, and I really enjoyed talking with them. We also appreciated that pets are welcome. The hotel was spotless and right on the seafront in a great part of Katerini, with lovely sea views from our balcony. Having a good setup to make our own meals mattered a lot because I'm allergic to gluten. We'd be glad to spend a few days here again next year.

The street outside gets very busy in the evenings, with all the beach bars around, so the area feels more like a city. I wouldn't choose a sea-view room either, since the bars stay open until 2 am and make it too noisy.

We were on the quieter side of Paralia Katerini, near the beach, and there were good places to park. Our host was really kind and quick to respond. We loved staying here for five nights and would definitely recommend it. :)

Ioanis was so welcoming, and the location is great for getting to the best beaches around Katerini. Even our two yorkies were happy in the hotel's green front yard. We had a lovely stay, and I think I've found my place in Paralia Katerini.
