We had to get breakfast from another hotel, even though it said it could be brought to the room. The staff were very unfriendly and couldn't speak English. We'd booked a room with a jacuzzi but were given a different one on the first day. It was dirty, and the bed springs were broken. The next day we got the jacuzzi room, but it didn't look like the photos. The internet wasn't working. When we said the next morning that we'd check out, even though we'd paid for more days than we'd stayed, the woman angrily said the internet didn't work and asked who would clean the room now. Then she gave us two minutes to leave.

There's a construction site next door, so don't expect to sleep past 7 am. The management was bad, and some staff kept shouting, yelling and cursing at customers as if they were above the people paying them. One particular woman was especially rude. They even tried to charge for little things like a mini bottle of water. I'm not staying again. Avoid this place.

Rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly. It's a great budget stay with an easy trip to both the beach and the city centre.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were really friendly. The location is great, near the beach and only about 20 minutes from the city centre.
