The beds were comfortable and ergonomic, and the house was clean, new, and tidied every day. The body creams were good quality, too. Maria was kind and very helpful, though she isn't the owner and can only do what she's told. Getting to the center of Anafi takes some time: it's 4,5 km from chora, about 15 minutes, which didn't suit us. The place itself is lovely, new, very clean, and has a beautiful view, but at the price we paid there were too many downsides. Breakfast was embarrassing, all packaged industrial food, dry cheese toast with hardly any cheese, watery coffee, and nothing fresh or local. It was brought to the room, so there was no chance to meet other guests. The windows had no blackout shades, the bathroom smelled of sewage when we entered, and the bath water was so cold it was almost unusable. Why not set it to at least 28 degrees?

Casa di Namphio is a standout place to stay on wild, naturally beautiful Anafi. The suites are spacious, tastefully designed, and supplied with the equipment and accessories you need. Each has its own private pool, with what is probably the island's best sunset view. We found the setting fantastic and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Maria was kind, too. We'd definitely recommend it for enjoying life on Anafi.

We spent 17 days at Casa di Namphio in Vagía, quite near the chora. It suits anyone looking for quiet and privacy. The facilities are modern and carefully maintained, with an incredible sunset view. The suites match that standard, fully equipped, modern, and decorated in a minimalist style. Our experience wouldn't have been the same without the person in charge, Maria Chalari. She really is the heart of Namphio. Always cheerful and ready to help as best she could, she made this one of our best holidays in years!
