BEWARE. The photos are deceptive, the rooms were tiny, old, dirty, and had mold everywhere. I hated staying here. There was hardly any staff and management didn't communicate. The food was mediocre and disgusting. How is this supposed to be a 4 star hotel?

I booked five days here for our honeymoon, but we left after the second day because the room and the whole experience were making us miserable. I have been trying since Friday to get a refund for the nights we didn't stay, by phone, in person, and email. They promised to reply four days ago, and I'm writing this on Tuesday evening. This was one of the worst values I've experienced in Greece. The rooms aren't priced fairly. Make this right! The online photos show only part of the lobby. Most rooms are in another run-down building that looks like an asylum, and ours was among the smallest and most outdated I've seen in Greece. The room was listed for up to three people with a pull-out sofa, but it barely fit the bed. Only one small carry-on fit, and because of the odd layout, the door couldn't open all the way. The bathroom smelled old and moldy, the shower handle leaked, and an old broken fridge had been put in the closet because there was no room for it elsewhere. The ancient AC was directly above the bed and blew at our heads all night. The whole place felt disgusting. After I complained that we'd been given the wrong room, they offered another tiny one facing the road, with two separate little beds, even though I'd told them I was on my honeymoon. They had no other beds to swap in and offered no solution. Most of the day there was barely anyone to talk to. There were often only two people working, and nobody helped carry our luggage. Be careful with this “Hotel” and its misleading photos.

A lovely, quiet hotel for a relaxing break. The staff and service are excellent. If you're looking to party, this probably isn't the place.

It's easy to get into town by taxi, or about a 30-minute walk. There are also good restaurants and bars a 10-15 minute walk toward town. We were very happy with our room despite having read some negative reviews: it was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean, our room was made up every day, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was good. A lovely quiet place to relax.
