Lyttos Mare Premium All Inclusive

A big thank you to Vasilis at the pool bar for such great service and hospitality, and to Alex at the bar for the amazing special shots. Both helped make our stay memorable. The whole team was so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which made us feel comfortable and appreciated the entire time.

We stayed for 9 days and had a good time. The food was fantastic, the bar was awesome, the seawater pool was amazing, and the staff were friendly. The room was a little old but clean, though I did spot some ants inside. The decor could use a bit of improvement. It's also somewhat far from the airport and from the bus station outside.

The entertainment team and bar staff were great, and the hotel is very pretty. The wok & chop stick was amazing, but the Argentinan steak house really wasn't. We had to send my husband's skewers back because they were blue rare. Food was hit or miss, and the spa let the place down too. The facial and wrap were great, but they missed my husband's left arm completely and I still left with a knot in my shoulder. The windows are called soundproof, but they definitely aren't, we could hear everything. Beds are the usual rock-solid all-inclusive kind. This is a good place if you don't like leaving the hotel and aren't a big foodie.

The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. Housekeeping deserves a special mention, they were fantastic and kept everything spotless. Despite the problems with our celebrations, we still enjoyed our stay very much. We were in a Junior Suite at Lyttos Mare for our honeymoon and my birthday. The hotel decorated the room and left a cake, which was thoughtful, but there was water pooled around the tray it sat on. We didn't know where the water had come from and weren't comfortable eating it. My husband arranged a birthday cake for dinner at the steak restaurant with reception, and they confirmed it twice in person. It never came while we were there. The restaurant itself was disappointing too. The steak tartare was excellent, but the salad was missing the chicharrón listed on the menu, and the sirloin was bland. For a paid restaurant within an all-inclusive resort, we expected much better. The manager noticed we hadn't eaten much and kindly removed the whole bill. We appreciated that, though the birthday dinner was still a letdown and there was no cake. Around 10 pm, reception called to apologise and said the cake would arrive the next morning. It didn't come then as promised, and finally showed up around 12:30 pm the next day. The hotel offered late checkout to make up for it, which was appreciated. Still, we would have preferred the honeymoon and birthday arrangements to be handled properly in the first place. With better communication and care around special occasions, this would have been exceptional.
