Clean, practical rooms at a good price, and the ferry port is close by. Worked well for us.

We only ended up here because we missed the ferry and had our baby with us. The rooms smelled awful, like mud, and I was in tears worrying that breathing it might make him sick. I wish we'd found somewhere else. I can only imagine staying here for a night in an emergency, and even then only in summer. Please fix the smell for the sake of other children and older people with breathing problems.

The owner even helped me print my boarding pass at the last minute and lent me an iron. The rooms were very clean, with air conditioning and balconies facing the sea, and the beach is a literal one-minute walk away. It's a family business, and I highly recommend it. Well done, Ionion!

An older, vintage-style hotel right by the sandy beach, and the owner clearly knows what he's doing. It's a good fit for families with kids who'd rather not spend their holiday driving around. Some of the best taverns are just a few steps away, and Athens is only three hours away.
