Aqua Blu - Adults Only

The staff were the standout for us, always so friendly and attentive, and they made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel was peaceful, spotless, and furnished with care in a modern style. The location worked well too: the sea is a short walk away, and a lovely promenade with lots of restaurants is just a few minutes by car. There's plenty of parking, and the value for money is excellent. Just a small suggestion, not really a complaint: the bar could have more sweet treats besides ice cream. I'd appreciate that as someone with a sweet tooth!

It's quiet and nicely located, though there's not much within walking distance, so a rental car or taxis are the way to get around. We stayed in several hotels in Crete, and this one had the best beds by far. The rooms were lovely too. What really stood out was the sincere hospitality: the caring, involved staff made every effort to give us a pleasant stay.

My fiancé and I stayed at Aqua Blu near the end of our five-week European holiday, and it was just right for relaxing in the beautiful Crete weather. The pool and bar area looked stunning, with plenty of sun loungers and shade. Our room was gorgeous, modern, and very tidy. There are restaurants, bars, and beach clubs within walking distance, plus a small but adequate range of bar food and snacks on site. Hersonissos is a short drive away. The staff made the place special. Debbie, the owner, was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The bar staff and cleaners were friendly and helpful, and took the time to get to know us. We left feeling like we'd made friends. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Crete, and can't recommend it enough.

It was calm and super clean, and our private pool room was just amazing. Everyone working there was really nice and always ready to help make our stay great. The sea is an easy five-minute walk away, perfect for watching the sunset. Thanks for having us :)
