The caring staff made the biggest impression on me. They were attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay. My room was spotless and comfortable, with a warm, welcoming feel. There was a good range of tasty food too. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely family stay at Ocean Heights View Hotel. There were seven of us, in a double room and a family room for five. Both were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with tidy beds and fresh towels every time. The pool was gorgeous, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the water felt refreshing in the hot weather. At the restaurant, everyone could find something they liked, from Greek dishes to sweets and ice cream, our favourite. The staff worked hard to keep everything fresh, tasty, and clean. The reception team were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help. The blonde lady greeted us warmly with a smile each time, and the brown-haired lady shared great tips for places to visit in Crete and helped us rent a seven-seater car for a very reasonable price. I'm sorry I don't know their names. Their kindness made us feel at home. The location was convenient, about 10-15 minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. There's also a reasonably priced shop inside the hotel. Hersonissos port, which is beautiful and well worth a visit, is about a 25-minute walk away. We felt well cared for and had a beautiful time as a family. I highly recommend Ocean Heights View Hotel to anyone visiting Crete!

The food was a bit limited in choice, though some dishes were especially tasty. The menu barely changed, so we ended up with much the same food every day. I also expected a bigger entertainment area for a 4-star hotel, and compared with what I'm used to, it felt small. I stayed for eight weeks. The resort itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the animation team did a great job. I still had a nice stay and enjoyed the atmosphere.

We booked eight nights in October 2025 and were happy with the stay until the fifth night. At 4am, the roof lamp fell down, with water coming out of it. We and the bed were soaked, and we may have been put in danger. When we asked for compensation, we were offered an equivalent room and the safe fee of 10 euros. We're quite disappointed with that outcome.

A very nice hotel, with a great staff team and good animation both during the day and every evening. It's well located near the sea. You can rent a car at the hotel and explore the island. 5/5!
