Bed bugs, and the place felt run down. The mattresses were dirty and torn. My daughter was on a tour and became anxious about sleeping there, then spent the rest of her trip worrying she might be carrying bed bugs around. They found a larvae in one room and an exoskeleton in another.

The room could use an update, but it was very clean and comfortable enough for a night. Olympia historical site is really close by. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived at reception.

We left four days early and didn't even ask for a refund. The room was so small that once a suitcase was open there was no space to move, and the lights barely helped. The shower temperature changed abruptly. Breakfast was scrambled eggs straight from the fridge, which isn't how I like to start the day, and the staff seemed annoyed that anyone had come down to eat. It felt like a relic from the communist era.

The staff really did try to make our stay pleasant, and they even let us keep some of our food and water in the kitchen fridge when our own refrigerator wasn't working properly. We had been sent here because our original hotel had some sort of problem. From the road, this place looked like the nicest hotel around, so the stay was a disappointment. The pool looked great, but closed at 8 pm even though it was still sunny and well over 90 degrees. Maybe that's normal here. We were there in a pretty rough heat wave, and the air conditioning and fridge in our room weren't working right. When I called reception, they said every room had the same issue. The air conditioning stopped completely around 8 am, when it was already 90 degrees outside. Maybe they just wanted us out. I wouldn't stay here again.
