I booked Divelia Hotel that same night, and the staff were ready to help with every request. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. After arriving past 21:30, I needed a hot drink, so they put a kettle in my room. Andra heated our food and provided a hot water machine. The room was spotless and we were all comfortable throughout the stay. Ladina did an exceptional job cleaning and left red flowers on my bed. Blarina was also very kind to my son and me. Alina helped arrange our return airport transfers, communicated well, and played with my son each morning at breakfast. I can’t fault this family-run hotel. Highly recommend it, and I’ll be back for my third visit.

Regina made our late arrival so easy. Our flight was delayed, and we reached Hotel Divelia after reception had closed, but the emergency numbers on the door got her to us within ten minutes. She welcomed us with a big smile and was helpful throughout, with recommendations that made our Santorini trip even better. The whole team was kind and attentive, and the hotel was spotless, well cared for, and well placed for exploring. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The breakfast was the biggest letdown: there wasn’t much choice, fruit was missing for several days, eggs were often undercooked, and both the coffee and juice were awful. Our room was small, and while it was generally clean, the bathroom was in rough shape, with dirty, blackened areas on the shower cabin, doors, and handles. Housekeeping came daily. The location was handy, about a five-minute walk along a flat, easy road to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby.

For the price, I think this is a great choice. There’s no grand sea view from the windows or balconies, but the beach is an easy walk away and the amenities were fine for us. The staff and management were very friendly, and the rooms were in decent condition, looking like they get refreshed each season. I don’t understand why it’s rated two stars. To me, that’s underrating it.

The pool area has a relaxed feel, breakfast was just right, and you’re close to both the beach and restaurants. Getting to the rooms is easy too, just one flight of stairs. Our room had a nice design, with a balcony, fridge, TV, and coffee machine. Everything was spotless, thanks to the cleaners, who were lovely and friendly. All the people working here were so nice. I’m really glad I booked, and I can’t believe it’s rated two stars. For me, it’s a strong three-star place edging toward four. I love it here.
