The room looked lovely, and the couple running the place were nice, but our one-night stay was disappointing. After a long drive, my wife and I went to shower and the hot water was gone after 15 minutes. A hotel shouldn’t rely only on solar for its hot water. There was also a sewage smell from the bathroom, apparently due to poor plumbing under the sink, so we covered the drain and made sure to shut the door quickly. Breakfast was pretty ordinary.

The resort looks amazing from the outside and is very close to central Areopoli, but the room let it down. One of the two bulbs was burned out, there were hairs on the bed and floor, and bugs in the room even in January. Worst of all, the heater made the whole place smell like a 75-year-old smoker's lungs. Maybe the situation would have been different in summer.

The food was some of the best we had in Greece, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the peninsula and beyond. Everything was excellent.

Vasiliki was friendly and really helpful with information about nearby sights and places. A few little things were missing at first, but they were sorted out quickly and we were comfortable for the rest of our stay. It's a lovely place just minutes from the village center, and the administration team did a good job.

At 10 p.m. on a Friday, we suddenly needed a room. Mrs Tasoula, the owner, and her daughter kindly found a way to help us. The room was super clean and breakfast was delicious. We'd definitely come back and recommend it.
