Lassi Hotel

We stayed for 10 nights in September, and the service is what I’ll remember most. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. My wife was in the first couple of months of pregnancy, and the staff took extra care to keep her comfortable. We’ll always remember that. Special mention to Elizabeth at reception, she’s amazing. My parents stay at Lassi Hotel every year, so we arrived with a strong recommendation. The location worked really well too, just a few minutes from the main strip in Lassi and around a 20-minute walk to Argostoli, which I made each day. A peaceful, relaxing break in a great spot.

We had a really good time and were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was well organized and very nice, and the reception staff were especially helpful. One thing that could be improved is having a one-way line for breakfast, perhaps going clockwise. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Our granddaughter is seven and has decided this is her favourite place so far. She especially loves feeding the friendly cats every day, and we agree with her. The staff have been so warm, kind, and helpful, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. The pool is fantastic, the location is ideal, and the bar really impressed us. Breakfast was fresh and generous, with plenty of choice. Our granddaughter even called the bacon “the best ever!” We’ve had a truly memorable stay and can’t wait to come back.

The pool was lovely, and there were always plenty of sunbeds. It was much too quiet for us, though. The room was quite tiny and sometimes had a horrible smell, but it was adequate for what we needed. Breakfast was fine with plenty to choose from, although it gets very busy around 9am. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to help. The location was good too, a short walk to the start of the strip with bars and restaurants, and just minutes from a couple of beaches.
