Acro Urban Suites

We had a spacious, updated room with everything we needed, and the staff found a ride for our large party when it was time to get to the cruise terminal. The location is wonderful for the Acropolis, restaurants, and other sights. We had a great overnight stay before our cruise and would return if we're in Athens again.

We arranged transportation through the hotel from the cruise terminal and later to the airport. Both transfers were excellent, in Benz sedans, and communication over WhatsApp was efficient. The room was clean, with a great view of the Parthenon temple from the roof. The location is excellent, just minutes from attractions, with plenty of bistros and convenience stores nearby for meals. I'll stay at Acro Urban Suites again when I visit Athens.

Having codes for the entrance and room instead of keys was convenient. The shower had the best water pressure and heat of all our stays in Greece, and the rooms have their own AC/Heating units, so you're not dependent on the season like at some European hotels. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the Acropolis, with lots of coffee shops and local restaurants a short walk away.

Dinos at reception was friendly and helpful, a real asset to the team. After checkout, we could leave our luggage in lockers before heading to the airport. Entry to the hotel and room is by code, which worked well for our late arrival. We stayed three nights while exploring Athens. The Acropolis museum is a five to seven minute walk, Plaka about 15 minutes, and several cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are five minutes away. The quiet area felt safe, and the rooftop has great views of the acropolis. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a large sofa, dining table, and kitchenette with fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker, and other basics. I slept well, though it was a bit warm and hard to lower the temperature much. Maybe we should have mentioned it. We travelled in November. A great stay, and I'd recommend it.
