We loved how easy it was to walk from the Acropolis View Hotel to the Acropolis and other historic sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with what we needed, and the staff were friendly and happy to offer directions and recommendations. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. We watched the sunset and the Acropolis lit up after dark, with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed meeting the neighborhood cats that wander around the Acropolis area, especially Maria, who became one of the best parts of our visit. The views, service, and location made the trip special, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The room was a typical European size, so there was only the bare minimum of space between the bed and the wall. That worked for us, though I think the hotel has larger rooms for anyone willing to pay a higher rate. It was clean, quite comfortable, and good value, with a nice bathroom. The rooftop terrace lives up to the Acropolis View name, with a clear look at the Parthenon, and they serve a very nice breakfast up there. It would be hard to find a better spot for tourists, just a short walk from the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. I can recommend it without hesitation.

The room was comfortable, and our balcony looking over the Acropolis was amazing. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely, too, with a beautiful view. The staff were excellent from beginning to end: friendly and attentive, recommending several great local restaurants and leaving us wine and a note for our honeymoon. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

We were a group of 26, and the staff were warm and kind while helping us with everything, from questions to planning and getting to the best attractions. They were especially accommodating when we celebrated a birthday in the lobby. The service was some of the best we’ve experienced. The rooftop view was stunning, and breakfast was excellent. Our rooms were clean, modern, and well kept, and it was easy to explore on foot from this location. A few small things to know: there’s no gym, though all the walking makes that less of an issue. Don’t expect air conditioning. Opening the windows worked for us in April, but there was outside noise. Fantastic stay, highly recommended.

The rooftop deck had a beautiful view of the Acropolis, both during the day and at night, and the location was perfect, close to the Acropolis and within easy walking distance of good restaurants. The rooms were nice and clean, too. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and gave us tips on where to find good local food. I’d especially like to commend Giannis and Theodore. I’ll definitely recommend staying here when in Athens.
