Arcade Project Hi-end Apartments

A great location and good value for families spending a few nights in Athens. The room quality is more like a three-star hotel at most, though, so don't expect high-end facilities or a fancy building.

The apartment is huge and was recently renovated, with everything in good shape and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook. It's in the heart of the Monastiraki neighborhood, with every major Athens attraction no more than about a 15-minute walk away. The building itself is older and nothing fancy. There are only two windows, facing the building across the street, so there's not much light or a view. That didn't bother me. Great value and I'd highly recommend it.

The apartment is modern, stylish, very clean, and spacious, and it has a lift. Inside, it was a surprise given the unimpressive exterior. There's central air conditioning and heating, an espresso machine, kettle, and ironing board. The large private bathroom has a separate toilet; the sofa and bed are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is strong. A housekeeper comes weekly. It's close to the main attractions, including Monastiraki Square, with Mediterranean and Greek food nearby. There's also a nice coffee shop a block away called overall.croissanterie, with delicious pastries you shouldn't miss. The host or manager is kind, helpful, and easy to reach. This was our second stay, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else. It's just awesome!

We stayed in the Stoa Fix room, and it was spotless and just like the photos. The apartment was spacious, with a great bed, good pillows, and a large bathroom. It's a five-minute walk from the center, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We've stayed in a few Athens places, and this one was easily the best.
