I stayed for a long time last year in the red apartment. The building was amazing, the rooftop was relaxing, and everything was nearby. Stamatis and his brother gave us outstanding service. They were always there to help and make the apartment as comfortable as possible for everyone staying there. I always recommend this building to people going to Athens.

Great apartment and rooftop pool. You can walk to everything you need, from supermarkets and bakeries to restaurants and bars. The main sights are reachable on foot too, or by subway, with the station about 300 m away.

For such an expensive apartment, it felt worn out and could have been cleaner. The linen was very old and, although clean, was so thin it felt like tissue. The pool decking seemed dangerous, and I wouldn’t trust walking on it. There wasn’t much lighting or many power outlets in the bedroom, and the bedroom air conditioning leaked water. Avoid!

The host was great, and the location is central, with almost everything within walking distance.
