Yanni was a fantastic host, quick to answer questions and very helpful. Check-in was easy to follow with the video and photo guides. We found the apartment spacious, clean, and modern, in a quiet neighborhood near the Acropolis and plenty of amenities. We'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

I really loved my month in Yanni's apartment. I was there for work and studies, and the WiFi was super fast. The place is well equipped, with air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, which was a real help in Athens' summer heat. It's in the heart of Koukaki, with bars, restaurants, and a lovely ice-cream place nearby. The Akropolis is a five-minute walk away, and Sygrou-Fix metro is just three minutes away. The interior looks even nicer than the photos, and the balcony is a real bonus. Yanni was a super host and replied quickly whenever I had a question. Thanks for a lovely time, and till next time! I definitely recommend it.

We had a glass of wine in the lovely living room and out on the balcony. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, a large modern bathroom, and everything we needed, including a dishwasher. It’s in Koukaki, a great spot just 3-4 minutes from the Acropolis and Syngrou Fix metro stations, and about a 12-minute walk to the center at Syntagma-Ermou. We also walked to the Acropolis Museum, Dionysiou Areopagitou pedestrian street, Filopappou Hill, and a show at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, all during our short stay. The host was always available, happy to suggest outings and answer questions. We enjoyed our stay in this brand new apartment touching Acropolis, and will definitely come back on our next Athens visit. Highly recommend it.
