Alkima Athens Wellness Stay

The rooms are gorgeous and carefully designed, with beautiful materials, a glass shower door that keeps water in, and huge windows opening onto your own terrace. Mine felt like a little garden, with plants, lovely breezes, and sunshine. The rooftop pool with Acropolis views is incredible. It’s comfortable and beautiful, and the staff really care about hospitality. The place is perfectly located in the hip Psirri neighborhood, close to everything you need. Everyone who works here is extraordinarily kind and goes the extra mile for guests. It’s almost impossible to describe. The owner clearly made sure the rooms were done right. I’m sharing my secret in Athens, though plenty of people who’ve experienced the amazing Alkima Athens already know about it.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices and options for where to have it served. The staff have the details figured out. Rooms are beautiful, sparkling clean, and much bigger than most hotels in this area. The A/C was quiet, the shower pressure was good, and quality products were provided. There’s gym equipment in the room for stretching, yoga, or other movement, as well as a gym. Real curtains block the light, and the place is very quiet. They made me feel at home from the warm welcome. It’s a gem right in the center of Athens, and I can’t recommend it enough!

We only stayed one night in Athens and loved this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and checking us in three hours early was a huge help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just like the pictures. We’re enjoying a delicious breakfast and cappuccino on the rooftop terrace now, with a view of the acropolis. Highly recommend for a stay in Athens.

The rooms are big and spacious, with blackout blinds, ceiling fans, and A/C that works extremely well. Breakfast is included in the room price and customized for each person. The staff and managers are fantastic and friendly, and you’re close to bars and the main street. Spectacular hotel, everything about it is terrific. 10/10.
