Central Stay Athens

The apartment had everything we needed, from coffee and tea to toiletries, water, kitchen utensils, a hairdryer, and even earplugs. It was clean, private, and well organized, and the instructions were clear. Staff responded right away whenever we contacted them. There’s a shared washing machine and dryer, a guest lounge, and a lovely terrace looking toward the Acropolis. The location works especially well if you like nightlife and want to be close to attractions. Across the street there’s a great restaurant, with bars and breakfast places nearby. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

The location felt like the best part of Athens to us: a classy neighborhood with a nice mix of locals and tourists, and plenty of lovely little bars and restaurants without proprietors trying to pull you inside. All the main attractions are an easy walk away. The apartment is modern, clean, tidy, and secure, and it looked even better than the pictures. The rooms had everything we needed, including great coffee, and the lining was wonderful. If you arrive early or leave late, there’s a place to shower, freshen up, change, and safely store your bags. Arrival and departure were easy. I wasn’t sure about not being greeted by a person, but it caused no problem. Definitely a five-star place.

The room was spotless and came with soap and shampoo. The location is incredibly central, with a lively feel and lots of shops and restaurants around. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous, especially for a sunset drink with a clear view of the Acropolis.

We stayed in Euterpe, a really big apartment with two balconies, including one large one furnished with garden furniture. Everything was immaculately clean, and there was plenty of toiletries, coffee pods, and toilet paper. We also got to leave our luggage for free because our flight was much later than checkout. Guests can use a lovely shared rooftop lounge, with a distant view of the Parthenon. We visited in low season on Tuesday and Wednesday, the quietest days, and it was completely silent at night. Even in high season, you step straight outside into several great restaurants and bars, so it should suit the right kind of guest.
