Eclectic Chic Thissio Apartment

Awful, just awful. There were fleas in the sofa, and we went two days without hot water. We stayed in touch with the owners, but they gave us incorrect advice. To get the WiFi codes, we had to go to a local cafe because there was no handbook in the apartment with useful information. Paying in three currencies was confusing. The cleaning fee had to be paid in shekels because the owners are based in Israel. I’d never dealt with shekels before, so I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. My bank flagged it as “unusual activity,” and I had to go through a process before I could pay. There was constant noise from machinery and loud music as workmen did major construction in nearby apartments. I have videos of the fleas and workmen’s noise, plus WhatsApp messages detailing everything. The owners refused to compensate us for the terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
