It took a little figuring out to find the property, since the building has multiple uses and the sign is small, but it worked out fine. Elia Kolonaki Luxury Apartments is in a clean, safe, quiet, well-kept neighborhood, within walking distance of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. The Metro is about a 5-7 minute walk away. I booked through CitiTravel and third party Expedia, and this was my first stay here. My standard room had a queen size bed with crisp linens. The spacious studio was bright, with modern decor and lots of windows. It was immaculately clean, with a full-sized kitchen and a few pieces of furniture, including a foyer table with stools that could serve as a place to eat, plus a comfy chair. The bathroom was spacious too. If you want a hotel experience, keep in mind there’s no daily housekeeping or front desk. It was essentially self-serve from check-in through check out. A property assistant helped me get in and was available by text and phone throughout my stay. Thank you, Andy. I’d recommend Elia Kolonaki Luxury Apartments and would happily stay again.

Our apartment was spacious and very clean, with everything prepared for our stay. The air conditioner worked well and held the temperature we set. On the 4th floor, our room had a fairly large balcony and an amazing city view. The kitchen had what we needed for a small meal, including cutlery, plates, cups, and pots. The building was clean and tidy on a small street in a safe, modern neighborhood, though it got a little loud at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. My only suggestion would be to leave more soap and shower gel than one little bottle. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The sheets weren’t spotless or ironed, and there was no cover on the mattress. The sheet was the only layer between you and it, so if it shifts, you end up directly on the mattress. I had the same concern with the pillow.

The host was really helpful and gave us information and tips for enjoying our visit. It was without a doubt my most memorable stay in the heart of Athens, and I’d definitely recommend it.
