It was cheap, but the place felt old and wasn't very clean. The bathtub and shower were dirty, and it didn't feel cozy. The front door lock was terrible. I accidentally locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith 40€.

I booked a room on June 5 and cancelled two days later, within the free cancellation period. It's August 26 now and I still haven't received my refund. They say they've sent the issue to accounting, but the money still hasn't come back, and they no longer answer my messages.

My flight was cancelled, so I had to cancel the room three days ahead of time. Their website said I should get a full refund, but five months later they still haven't reimbursed me. I contacted them several times, and they've stopped replying.

The location is very good, and the woman who welcomed me was friendly and well informed. I hadn't been told in advance that I needed to go to the office to collect the key. There was no window to the outside in the room. Its only window looked onto a dark apartment space.

I paid half the total by credit card when I booked through Booking.com on March 28, then cancelled on March 30 while free cancellation still applied. It's been 27 days and I haven't had the refund. The hotel says accounting has the issue, but now ignores my emails and WhatsApp messages. I've seen similar complaints from other guests in Google reviews, and I'm not getting replies from Booking.com either. Be careful before booking here.
