The four of us had a great apartment to use as a base in Athens. It was smart, clean and modern, with beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The heating was incredibly hard to adjust on the first day, and it got very hot. I’d also have liked pillows in a few different thicknesses.

The roof terrace is spectacular, and the apartment has everything you need. I’d have struggled to sleep without the earplugs I brought, though. There’s a very good bar downstairs, and people stay out in the street until the small hours. That’s why I took off a star.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment here twice over the past couple of weeks. It was clean and very comfortable, and we loved the rooftop patio. Shops, museums, sightseeing and places to eat are all easy to reach on foot.

The apartment was perfect for our group of four, and the views were amazing. It’s in a great location, too. Getting in with the keyless entry was so convenient, and the concierge responded quickly whenever we needed something.
