The room was new, and the central location was good. Seeing the Acropolis at night was truly beautiful. But the rooms advertised as 40 m² suites are nowhere near that size, at best they seem about half as large. Calling them suites and claiming those dimensions is misleading. I saw another reviewer raise the same concern, but the property still insisted the rooms were 40 m². They’re definitely much smaller in reality, which made the listing feel inaccurate and left me frustrated.

This was my third stay, after trips with family, as a couple, and now on my own. The hotel hasn’t disappointed: great service, clean, spotless rooms, and super friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back.

The family apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was also really quiet, with no traffic or outside noise, and the service was fantastic. They always replied promptly to my messages through the booking.com app. The area felt safe even at night, and the location was great, about a ten-minute walk to the busier parts. There’s a cafe downstairs and supermarkets about five minutes away. I’d gladly stay here again.

We paid extra for a “superior” room, but arrived to find ourselves in a family room. After we’d unpacked, the staff insisted we move. We offered to let the new family have the superior room instead, since the rooms were the same size and layout, but they wouldn’t agree. We only went along with the move because it was our first day and we didn’t want an argument. Then, three days later, staff said we had to move again because our room was “booked.” The rooms were identical, and we explained we could have stayed in the one we started in, but they wouldn’t listen. Now we have to pack everything up again and move to another identical room for our last night. This has been one of my most frustrating hotel stays. Instead of relaxing on vacation, we’ve lost time packing, unpacking and moving around for no reason. The hotel’s poor management and lack of consideration are unacceptable for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time, comfort or basic respect as a guest.
