The apartment itself was okay, but the club/bar opposite plays music incredibly loudly all night. Nobody can sleep, so there’s no enjoying an otherwise decent apartment or getting proper rest. Stay away and definitely do not book here. 0/10. I wouldn’t recommend it. Paying more for a better hotel away from places like this would be worth it. This place isn’t worth the money, and don’t get scammed.

Noise was the biggest problem. There’s a club across the street, and once it gets dark the party spills onto the road. Loud music carried on all night, and after trying several times to reach the apartment owner for advice, we got no reply and had to find somewhere else to stay. The air conditioning never cooled the room. Whatever setting we used, it only blew room-temperature air. The towels smelled awful, as if they’d been left wet for days. And because the keys were soldered onto one key ring, people staying together couldn’t go out separately. I’d have never booked this if I’d read the reviews properly. It was one of the worst places we’ve stayed, and not the “family” apartment advertised on WebJet. I’d strongly advise against it unless you want to party all night and sleep in an overheated, uncomfortable apartment. Edit Added 27/09/2024: After the owner’s reply, I can confirm nobody from the owner contacted us. The AC did not get cold, and the windows were completely closed. This was Thursday night, and the music was loud enough to hear and feel all night.

I really liked this central pocket of Athens. The nightclub across the street got pretty loud over the weekend and went on into the early morning. If a bit of nightlife doesn’t bother you, the spot is perfect.

The rooms were clean once we got inside, though the hallway had a very strange smell that thankfully didn’t reach them. Sleep was the real problem: the nightclub goes until 4 am, then car alarms start at 6 am. Don’t expect a restful night.
