Kinglin Luxury Living

We loved our stay in Apartment G. The private rooftop terrace was fantastic, and each morning we enjoyed fresh orange juice and a delicious local pie delivered to us. The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, and well equipped, just like the photos. Welcome snacks, wine, daily housekeeping, and a lovely aroma inside made it feel especially welcoming. Daphne was quick and clear in all her communication, which made everything easy. The location in Koukaki was ideal, with great local restaurants nearby. Alchemist Sweet Shop is just around the corner, a wonderful pastry shop run by a lovely couple and well worth trying. It’s an easy, enjoyable walk from here to Psyrri, Syntagma, Mets, and Thiseio. The Acropolis and Acropolis Metro Station are also a short walk away, making it convenient to get here from the airport or port.

The location was perfect, and I liked it much more than Plaka. The room was new and comfortable, and they left us a small breakfast treat. Housekeeping changed the sheets and cushion covers every day.

Kinglin made our three-night stay in Athens lovely and memorable. From before arrival through checkout, everything went smoothly, and the communication with Dephane was seamless. The design, facilities, and service were all top notch. The location works well whether you’re into history, museums, street food, or fine dining. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The little extras also made me smile: wine, fruit and snacks, a notebook, and breakfast boxes. Fresh orange juice and warm feta sesame rolls were waiting outside our door in the morning, so good. For food, don’t miss Alchemist around the corner or Takis two and a half blocks away. Takis has a remarkable range of fresh things. A few shops down from Alchemist, To Kati Allo is a hidden gem with a small sign saying “recommended by Rick Steves”. It serves traditional Greek food. We went for lunch just as the pork came off the roasting pit, and it was lip-smackingly good. Also, the car rental drop-off is literally a four-minute walk away, which was a huge bonus after our ten-day road trip in Peloponnese.

The morning breakfast delivery was so good, fresh juice and lovely Greek bread stuffed with feta, still warm when it arrived at our door. The apartments at Kinglin are roomy, with luxurious interiors, and we had a wonderful stay.
