The staff made a big difference, especially Tomas, the first person we met when we got to Athens. His tips gave us a real boost of confidence as we started our trip. We loved our stay at Max Brown, from the room to the amenities, including the jacuzzi, breakfast, and gym. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you very much ✨

The staff were lovely, especially Thomas and George. They even upgraded my room for my birthday, which was so sweet. Great location and breakfast. Thanks so much!

I really liked the feel of the room and the hotel, it made me smile a few times. Reception were great, and being able to order food to the hotel was a nice surprise. The area felt completely safe to me. There are some homeless people around, but they aren’t dangerous, and tourists should meet them with empathy instead of fear or distrust.

The rooftop is glorious, with a lovely jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers. The building’s old communist history is interesting, and my room had a comfortable feel and a lovely look throughout. The staff were very pleasant, especially one woman whose name I didn’t get. I hope she has the best holiday in Crete. There were lots of recommendations when I needed them. I’ll recommend this place to friends.
