Mira Me Athens Boutique Hotel

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the care put into every detail of the hotel showed. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. MiraMe Athens Boutique Hotel is in a perfect spot, central yet peaceful and quiet. The rooftop bar has a breathtaking Acropolis view, truly second to none. It's impressive how well this boutique hotel is run given the challenges in hospitality these days. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The service was sensational from the moment I walked in, and the staff kept going out of their way to make the stay special. Kostas was especially great when my airline let me down and helped me out. The rooms are stunning, with big bathrooms and a beautiful balcony facing the Parthenon, lit up at night. MiraMe is a tiny 7-room boutique hotel right by Athens' most historical sites. The rooftop view from the 3rd floor has to be experienced, especially after dark. I travel a lot and have stayed in incredible hotels in amazing countries, but MiraMe stands out above them all. When I'm back in Athens, this is the only hotel I'll stay at. Thank you MiraMe.

The rooftop restaurant is a great place to read and look out over Athens. It's used for breakfast and guests can also use it in the evening. Breakfast was tasty, with very generous portions, a perfect start before exploring. We stayed four days at this perfect little boutique hotel, right in central Athens. The markets are a 3 minute walk away, the Acropolis is 20 minutes on foot, and transport links are down the road. The staff were all lovely and helpful, and couldn't have done more for us. We'll stay here again when we return to Athens. Thanks to the team for looking after us.

The hotel was clean and the location was good, but across our group of five rooms we were all disappointed with Mira Me. The small room problems added up over four nights: no luggage rack and no place to put a suitcase without blocking the path to the bed, no outlet near the bed so charging a phone at night was difficult, and no bathroom outlet for a curling iron. The rooms also couldn't be secured from inside because the interior locks were disabled. The layout was odd too. From the 1st floor rooms there was no interior stair access to the lobby, so we had to go outside the property and re-enter through the front door. The roof deck felt dark, hot, and uninviting in the afternoon and evening unless we went down to ask reception to switch on the lights and open windows. The front door was consistently locked even when staff were at the desk, so we had to use the entry code each time we came in. These issues might have seemed minor alone, but they built up during our stay and were made worse by staff responses, often just 'no, we don't offer that,' and by the repetitive, poor-quality breakfast. We stayed in five hotels during our three-week trip around Greece, and Mira Me Boutique Hotel was incredibly disappointing. Our group stayed here in October 2025.
