The location is central and the staff were professional, but the stay didn't meet expectations. The room had only been partly renovated, the bathroom needs work, and I found black hair on the kitchen sink and bathtub when I arrived. The heating was a very loud air conditioner, which made sleeping difficult. I was also disappointed that they wouldn't let my emotional support dog stay, even after I provided medical documents. The airline had allowed the dog to travel beside me, so the property's lack of flexibility was upsetting. Mental health challenges deserve understanding and respect beyond what the law strictly requires.

I had to climb staff-only stairs because all the escalators were broken when I arrived. The room's view was terrible, too, and I couldn't see the Acropolis at all, despite the website promising guests a great view. The photos show what I could see. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

It's a spacious apartment with a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen, and there are great restaurants and cafes right outside. The central location is excellent, though it isn't on a quiet side street. On Sunday mornings, noise from the nearby church is the one downside.

The rooms are huge, with more than enough space and facilities for a family. The owner was amazing and helped us with what we needed. You're right in the heart of Athens, close to the Acropolis, the main sights, and all the shopping areas. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

The apartment was 35 degrees when we arrived in the evening. Despite the heat wave, the air conditioning hadn't been switched on ahead of our arrival, and the upstairs room was still 35 degrees at midnight. One bathroom had no running water. When we explained what was happening and asked for a fan, the staff suddenly stopped replying to our emails. After such a great time traveling around Greece and elsewhere in Athens, this was a huge disappointment. With so many good options in Athens, I wouldn't risk staying here.
