Breakfast is a real highlight here. It comes from one of Athens’ best-known micro bakeries, with great ingredients and proper craft, so it feels like a little local treat each morning. The room was comfortable, well laid out, and spotless every day, not just on arrival. After a long day out, it was a calm, cared-for place to come back to. Next Door Athens is also brilliantly placed for exploring on foot, whether you’re after food, culture, meetings, or just want to enjoy the city. It’s the sort of place I’d recommend to friends but almost want to keep to myself. It’s become my default whenever I’m back in Athens.

The host was genuinely friendly and helpful, and the clean, comfortable room was arranged with care. The place has a welcoming, cozy feel with boutique style. It’s central and lively, with many of Athens’ main attractions an easy walk away. I had a wonderful stay at Next door Athens and would happily return. Highly recommend it if you want a relaxed place with a personal touch.

I slept perfectly every night, thanks in part to the very comfortable room and excellent mattress. Next Door Athens is right on Monastiraki Square beside the metro, so getting around is easy, and many of the main sights are walkable. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and has a warm, modern feel. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel: fresh, made with quality ingredients, and especially good bread. I looked forward to it each morning. I loved staying here and would definitely come back.

The location by Monastiraki Square made seeing Athens simple, with most attractions close enough to reach on foot. The room was thoughtfully designed, and I slept wonderfully on the incredibly comfortable mattress. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a cozy, stylish feel. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and the stay was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic too, all fresh and high quality, especially the bread, one of my favorite parts. I’d absolutely stay again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. ♥️
