Noon Smart Residences

The hotel was spotless, the location convenient, and everything seemed well looked after. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, too. I had a great experience from beginning to end and would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the lively, distinctive feel of the neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great spot, with two train stations within a 10-minute walk. Syntagma Square is about 20-25 minutes away.

At Noon Smart Residences, my apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, making the stay more pleasant. I really appreciated their hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I’m applying for a chargeback. There was a sewer smell and mold in the apartment. Sewer gas contains ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methane, and can irritate the eyes, throat, and lungs, cause headaches, nausea, and dizziness, and damage the respiratory and nervous systems with prolonged exposure. A stay here could end with someone in hospital. Renting out a place like this violates EU law. Update: I didn’t stay at your hotel for three nights. I complained to booking right away, requested cancellation and a chargeback, and moved out after one night. Of course I have all the proof. I also have proof that you gave my private number to a third party, which may be a violation of the law. You were told I have asthma, and you put my life in danger. Your negligence could have cost me my life. Don’t worry, people will judge from your reply, where you show no care for another person’s life. So cruel.
