It’s a cute place, and the rooms strike a nice balance between modern and cozy. I’m fussy about details, and the wonderful smell here definitely caught my attention. The location is close to the bustle of Ermou/Monastiraki but not right in the middle of it, and it’s next to an entrance for Monastiraki station. There can be a little noise, but I found it quiet enough to rest and had no complaints. The front desk woman, whose name I didn’t catch, was easy to reach on WhatsApp. When my boyfriend and I were stuck trying to get a taxi at the Port of Piraeus, she offered to arrange a transfer and waited for us to arrive, even though I think her shift had ended. She even helped carry our bags to the room. We eventually got lucky with the Uber app after half an hour stranded at Piraeus. Although the desk isn’t staffed around the clock and you use a door code when it’s vacant, I felt safe and knew someone was reachable. I really liked staying here and would come back.

The reception team is what makes Nur stand out. The ladies were warm, cheerful, friendly and always ready to help. The hotel itself is clean and trendy, right by the Metro in a central spot, with thoughtful extras like water and toothbrushes left out. It felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return. Please stay just as you are, without getting pretentious.

The location is very central, but our parents said the area was loud because of all the bars. The hotel canceled one of our two rooms the night before arrival, splitting us from our elderly parents. We were out at sea when it happened, and the last-minute change caused a lot of panic and anxiety. What should have been a lovely final night became a rush between two hotels, and we couldn’t see everything we wanted on our last day. There was no elevator, which made things especially hard for our parents. We had to carry their luggage up and down the stairs while also managing our own bags between the separate hotels. We were very disappointed.

I’ve been to Athens twice before, and this was my first stay at Nur Creative Stay ApartHotel in Psiri. The front desk associates were professional, friendly and always around to help. Our room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a great bathroom, lovely towels and all the amenities, including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a Nespresso machine and free bottled water. The location is excellent, two minutes from the Metro and Monastiraki Square. Psiri is my favorite Athens neighborhood, quaint and full of some of the best restaurants and cafés. I can’t wait to return to The Nurz.

We found the staff especially good, always polite, smiling and quick to handle our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean and had strong water pressure, quiet windows and smart door locks. The neighborhood has plenty of bistros, cocktail bars, restaurants and rooftops, with shops and street food spots on a main Athens street close by. The blue Metro line serves the area well, and we could reach almost everything with a 10-minute walk.
