Omega54 City Suites_Athens Central Business District

This is a 62-meter apartment, number 3. The doors all open automatically through the app, which was really convenient, and we couldn’t hear traffic, though we’re used to street noise. It was clean overall. We were mostly disappointed by the bathrooms. The shower and all the toilets need renovation, and scum kept appearing on the bathroom floor, making it impossible to walk on. The owners' message said there would be water in the refrigerator, but there was none. The living room TV didn’t work. The photo shows the problem.

The hosts were quick, courteous, and professional whenever we contacted them, and the apartment is right in central Athens, close to the metro, sights, and places to eat. We stayed at Viktoros Ougko 54, in a spotless, modern, stylish space with everything we needed. It worked well for both sightseeing and business. We’d happily choose Omega54 Athens CBD again and recommend it.

Being only 5 meters from the metro helped make up for the location, which otherwise wasn’t great. The room was fine and had the household accessories you’d need. It was very clean, though a few hairs were noticeable. One toilet was clogged, but luckily there were two. The main road right beside the place also brought quite a bit of noise.

We arrived without any instructions for getting into the apartment, and only got the entry details after calling the manager. Once inside the building, we found water works underway, with no warning beforehand. The apartment door had been left open for the handyman, and the place was dirty, with sheets and towels dumped on the sofa. When we raised it, the manager said she was coming to kick us out. After we said we would leave a review too, she offered us a room at another hotel. We turned that down because there wasn’t time to go there. The calls continued in a hostile way. I’d never want to stay somewhere like this again. Miserable.
