The terrace, living room, and bedroom all have a wonderful view, and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. It’s around a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest metro. You can hear the train passing, but it didn’t bother us, and even though I’m a light sleeper, I slept well. There’s an elevator in the building up to the third floor, then one more flight of stairs to the loft. A friend and I stayed five nights and loved it. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large bed in one bedroom, a small second bedroom, and a couch that seems to convert into a bed. Everything was in great condition, clean, and high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. We also had room service in the middle of our stay, and they asked what time suited us. Entry instructions were clear, and help was always available. I booked directly with the Pallineon House, which was quick and easy. I’d absolutely come back and recommend staying here.

The rooms are clean, the arrival instructions were clear, and there are good cafes and markets nearby. It’s in a less touristy part of town, so the streets are quiet. There’s no front desk since it’s a guesthouse. The big drawback is the location right beside the train tracks. It gets extremely loud, and you should expect to be woken up in the middle of the night.

Ilias is very quick to help if anything comes up, usually within five minutes. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a homey feel. It worked really well for a stay in Athens. The city center is a 20-25 minute walk, while the metro is about 300 meters away. There’s also a supermarket nearby that stays open late. Definitely recommendable!

The manager was so welcoming and lovely, and even let us check out late. It’s a calm, safe-feeling neighborhood, quieter than the busiest parts but still close to everything. The room was new, clean, spacious, and well kept, with what you need, including an iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, and a bottle of water. They even leave a black towel for makeup, a thoughtful little touch. This was just right for a stay in Athen, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

We really appreciated how spotless the apartment was, and it was spacious and comfortable enough to relax in without feeling cramped. The bedroom stayed cool at night thanks to the air conditioning, which was quiet and worked perfectly. There was complimentary coffee and a Nespresso machine, and the compact kitchen had a microwave plus a fridge with freezer, handy for simple meals and keeping food and cold water. The decor had modern, cozy touches with subtle local details. Out front, the sitting area with tables, chairs, plants, and traditional amphorae made a lovely, authentic spot to spend time. The apartment had thoughtful details throughout, and we’d happily stay again on our next trip to Athens. Thanks Ilias.
