The location is really good, but there’s a strong, unbearable smell in the apartment.

Update for the owner: Shame on you. Look at the way they speak to their guests below. Instead of apologizing, they tell their own guests “shame on you.” Anyone with a family should stay away. They advertise falsely to attract respectable families and then treat people like dirt. Shame on them! This was the worst experience of our lives. You can’t reach the hotel by cab or taxi; you have to be dropped off and make your way through narrow streets with people around who seemed shady. Check-in was awful. They ask for personal information, then send a code for the key box on arrival day. If the code doesn’t come, you’re stuck. There’s no staff to help, just a chat bot handling everything. The rooms were extremely dirty, the elevators shook and rattled, and it seemed unlikely you’d find help soon if one broke down in that part of the city. The towels smelled awful, the sheets were stained, the room stank, and the bathrooms were dirty and smelly. I couldn’t tell when anything had last been cleaned. We could barely last an hour before booking another hotel and leaving. We pleaded for a refund, but the property manager was rude and unhelpful. The power went out at night, making the room unbearable. This place felt like something from a horror movie. Please look elsewhere.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We barely minded the street noise, which you could hear from the balcony, or the mosquitoes, which could be avoided by keeping the windows shut. We made a mistake and left the key in the locker by the building entrance, locking ourselves inside on a Sunday night. The person in charge came out late to help us, which was very kind.
