The team communicated well, let us know when the room was ready, and even let us store our bags at their office after checkout. The apartment worked nicely as a base for exploring Athens, and the fridge came in handy. Air conditioning and sun shutters kept the room cool and dark enough for a good night's sleep. A couple of small drawbacks: the shower pressure was weak and part of it was broken, though we could still use it. A nearby bar made some noise until around 11 pm, which I assume was the music curfew. There wasn't daily room cleaning or a coffee refill, though that may not have been part of the service. Still, a lovely little apartment for a short visit.
