Sani Deluxe Suite Home

We left as soon as we arrived because the room was filthy and had bedbugs. The owner had promised to refund us, but after we left, nobody responded to our messages. The property manager also wouldn’t answer or follow through. This was a complete scam. Stay away from this dungeon.

A bedbug came out from the baseboards, which was the worst part of our stay. When we got there in March, there was no heating or hot water either. We called the owner, who took almost 40 minutes to show up, then eventually got both working again. We tried to discuss the bedbug with him, but he wouldn’t communicate or offer any solution. The hygiene is questionable, and I strongly advise against staying here.

We had a lovely stay. The room felt newly renovated and modern, and was spotless, with a comfortable king-size bed and a great shower. There’s also a small shared outdoor terrace. The location is right in the center, close to everything. Highly recommend.

I was worried after seeing another bedbug review, so I contacted Taric before check-in. He assured me there weren’t any. I woke up at 3am covered in bites, and you can see how badly I was bitten in the photos. I messaged him right away, but he took no responsibility and didn’t help. I had to leave at 6am and find another hotel, then go to hospital because I’m highly allergic to the bugs. He refused to compensate me, stopped replying, and ignored me completely.
