Housekeeping did a great job. Our room was spotless and kept in excellent condition, and the staff were always attentive when we needed extra towels or bed sheets. The details were carefully handled. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had to leave before breakfast, and they kindly prepared a packed meal for us. Even the janitor gave us a sincere goodbye, which made us feel welcome. The three ladies at reception were particularly helpful, professional, and always ready with a smile. Breakfast had a nice selection and was very good. A pleasant, memorable visit, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Athens.

The small spa was lovely to have after walking around the city, though it could use more hooks. There weren’t any for bathrobes when entering the spa, and the bathroom only had two hooks behind you by the toilet. Some by the mirror and sink would help. The music seemed fine when we entered the room, but later we realized the speaker was in the sauna, where the volume was too loud. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the pool in the hotel next door, just a few minutes’ walk away. The ACS is a beautiful new boutique hotel with great design, lovely materials, and a super friendly, helpful team. We got a very nice upgrade to a deluxe suite, and the minibar was free. Breakfast was great, with à la carte dishes and a small buffet. The yoghurt bowls were hard to find, though. I had to ask or get them from the drawers myself, and that happened on multiple days.

The housekeeping really impressed me. Large suites can show little cleaning flaws, but I couldn’t find a single one here. The rooms were clean, the staff brought things like extra towels and bed sheets whenever needed, and they took care over the small details. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

We stayed with our two young children, ages 6 and 3, and they were made to feel especially welcome by the friendly, accommodating staff. The central location made getting around Athens easy. The hotel is new, modern, and high quality, with very spacious, nicely designed rooms that were comfortable for the whole family. The gym is modern and well equipped, and breakfast had a good range of healthy choices. We had a wonderful family stay at Athens Capital Suites and would absolutely recommend it. We hope to return.

We stayed as a family at the end of September 2025 and would love to come back. The hotel opened in April 25, and its team made an excellent impression from the moment we arrived. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and practical down to the details. Syntagma Square is just a few minutes’ walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, with a curated buffet and excellent made-to-order dishes served until 11 AM. Guests can also use the beautiful rooftop pool at the neighboring “brother” hotel, MGallery Athens Capital.
