The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were genuinely helpful and ready to answer questions. It’s a good choice for a family and felt worth the money. The one concern is the area, where there are drug addicts and homeless people. Other than that, everything was fine.

The staff were so kind when we turned up exhausted after a 9-hour flight, still unable to check into our Air BNB for several hours. We only needed a shower and somewhere to rest for a few hours, and this worked perfectly. It was affordable and clean, though the area isn’t good and I wouldn’t want to be there at night.

It’s a decent value for the money, with a standard room and quite nice staff. The location may look convenient, but it’s somewhere you don’t want to pass through after sunset.

The neighborhood wasn’t pleasant. On the morning we left, a local guy who seemed to have had a hard life was shooting up 10m from the door. The air conditioner worked, and it was fine as a place to sleep, but the customer service was poor. Maybe the receptionist didn’t speak English well, but they could still have said hello and smiled when we checked in.

For the price, it’s clean, and there wasn’t much noise from outside. You could hear doors banging in the hallway, but it wasn’t too bad.
