The place looked better online. We couldn't shut the windows, so the noise at night was really bad. The location itself was very good.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, and the location was great. The downside is the busy street nearby, which can get noisy at night. I'd still recommend the place and would come back.

Nice room and a great location, but we were given a smoking room. When we brought it up, we were politely told it was tough luck. Without that, this would've easily been five stars.

The staff were a big help getting us into the room and explaining the entry codes and Wi-Fi. Our room was clean and right in the centre. The shared area was useful too, whether for having a meal or making a hot cup of tea.

We were able to check ourselves in and out with door codes, which made the timing very flexible. There's no reception, but the hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, on a quiet street, so you get both convenience and a pleasant setting.
