Still Athens

I slept extremely well in the comfortable, clean, quiet room. The hotel is peaceful even though it’s in the centre of Athens. The whole team was wonderful, and I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s names. Maria gave me a very warm welcome, helped with everything I needed, and kindly showed me how to get to the main road for a taxi, always with a smile and real willingness to help. I’m grateful to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Excellent service and a lovely experience. I’d happily stay here again.

We stayed for three nights, and the location was wonderful, right in the middle of everything and an easy walk from Monastiraki metro station. The staff were helpful and friendly. I really liked the quality of the coffee amenity in the room. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip.

The staff really made the stay. They sat down with us, marked up a map, worked out sightseeing routes and even explained the easiest way to reach the airport. The place is right in the city center, so we walked almost everywhere. Daily cleaning and free coffee capsules were nice extras. The downside is the street noise at night, with shouting that can wake you. The elevator is very small, especially with luggage, so the narrow stairs may be needed. Our toilet seat was broken, and there was hair in the bedding when we arrived.

We barely used our multi-day transit pass since we could walk to almost everything. Cafes, restaurants, local markets and a supermarket are all close by. Our triple room had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a smart TV for streaming in your preferred language, and good air conditioning. The lobby is just a small desk, but the room itself is roomy. Staff were warm and helpful, especially Nikos, who gave us useful suggestions and helped arrange an early check-in, checkout and taxi. We arrived tired and didn't take photos, but I'd happily recommend the hotel.
