Stylish Urban Apartment

For sightseeing, it’s hard to beat this place. The Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, and other major attractions are right nearby, within a 15-minute stroll. Plaka, Thissio, and Monastiraki are about the same distance, and metro, tram, and bus stops make it easy to get around Athens. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, plenty of storage, and a fully equipped kitchen if you don’t want to eat out every night. There’s a small street-facing balcony off the lounge, with lots of restaurants and bars across the road. It was still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The facilities, comfort, and location are all hard to choose between. Tassos was friendly and dealt with our questions right away. I’d recommend staying here.

Great spot, and the place was comfortable and clean. It gets a little cramped with four people in the one bedroom. The bathroom is small, especially the shower, and the washing machine didn’t work.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t usually leave bad reviews because people like different things, but I can’t stay quiet about this. We rented an apartment for six people, supposedly with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed was already made up, but as soon as we sat on it, it collapsed because it was broken. We called the person in charge, who sent a maintenance colleague to try to fix it. He couldn’t, and even told us not to move when we went to sleep so the bed wouldn’t collapse. After several hours without an answer, we had to call the offices. At 22:00, they had the nerve to suggest that two of us move to another apartment, seven minutes away from where our friends were. We didn’t accept, and they said they’d issue a refund. That was a lie. We were left without sleep and without a refund. It showed a complete lack of respect for the guests, as if the customer doesn’t matter.

The sofa bed in the living room was broken, and nobody fixed it. There were three couples, so we ended up sleeping three to a bed. Thankfully nobody got hurt. Awful service, and I didn’t like how dishonest they were. The person who came to look at the sofa showed up two hours after we reported it, confirmed it was broken, and said they’d come back to fix it. We went to the Acropolis and had dinner, assuming it would be sorted when we returned since nobody called us. It wasn’t. We had to call again before they finally said anyone who wanted could move. They’d already suggested moving one couple at 22:00, but only after we called them.
