The Foundry Hotel

The look of this hotel is immaculate, and the space is huge with excellent amenities. We had a Nespresso, a fully stocked minibar, plenty of bath products, a record player, a speaker, and access to a rooftop terrace for breakfast and drinks. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower pressure was good. Service was friendly and attentive. It's a great location, easy to explore on foot and accessible by Uber.

We loved being in the middle of such a lively, fun neighborhood. The staff were wonderful, the rates reasonable, and the rooms large, with kitchens and outstanding AC. Having an elevator was key, and they also offer laundry service.

The room has pretty much everything you'd need for a month-long stay, and the staff were more than helpful. I loved the picnic breakfast, especially on the roof garden if the weather's good. It's an easy walk to the acropolis, with lots of places to eat around the local area. The roof bar opens on weekends. The cocktails are to die for, and the pizzas are pretty good.

I came across The Foundry in a UK newspaper's city guide, and it turned out to be a fantastic find for our four-night stay after a cruise. We booked K2, which worked perfectly for us with its two separate bedrooms and kitchen facilities. We chose the breakfast baskets when booking, and they were amazing, with generous portions. The apartments on the website looked exactly like the one we stayed in. Reception staff were friendly and arranged transfers from the port and to the airport. Katerina was amazing.
