The staff were consistently helpful. They even lent me a thermometer when I needed one. The room and entrance looked clean, there was decent space, and we got shampoo, shower gel, and a couple of clean towels in different sizes. Parking was limited, though we usually found a spot. The room doors were tricky until you learned how they worked, and there was just one toilet roll at a time, with no spare. The breakfast buffet was laid out oddly, with plates in one place and cutlery somewhere else. Some drinks weren't there, so you had to go to the pool bar for them. Cleaning was supposed to happen every three days, but they came two days in a row, so I'm not sure what the schedule was meant to be. A few things in the room needed attention: the toilet seat was loose, and about half the power sockets didn't work. The coffee was dirty water. The parking area wasn't paved, so your shoes get VERY dirty. The bathroom had no window and smelled really bad from damp and mold near the shower, even when it hadn't been used. Its door was very heavy, had no handle, made a lot of noise, and didn't close properly. The sink tap was so small I risked touching its inside whenever I washed my hands.

The room was fairly spacious, though quite dim, and a lot of things seemed to be malfunctioning. Of the two air conditioning units, only one worked. I told reception and they said someone would come fix it, but nobody did. About half the power sockets also didn't work. The staff were polite but not especially helpful. The TV only had one channel, German children's cartoons, which wasn't much use when we wanted to relax. If you need an inexpensive place for a quick overnight stay and don't expect much, it could be an option. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer visit with family or friends. We stayed just one night, thankfully.

The staff were unpredictable and didn't seem interested in helping with our problems. Parking was scarce, so they told us to leave the car at the roadside. We did, and found it scratched later. They said it wasn't their fault. We arrived late after our flight and were met by a drunk man who couldn't speak English. The rooms didn't look clean and had a stale smell. Things felt loose and fragile: the room door had a technical issue and wouldn't lock, so on the first night I had to call reception every time I left and needed to get back in. The frame around the electricity card fell when I touched it, the cabinet handle came off, and the bathroom towel rack broke. During our eight days, the sheets and towels were changed only once, and our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first two days. We found a lizard inside, and when we mentioned it, they said it was normal and didn't care. There were also dead cicadas on the curtains and wasps. A very bad stay. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to enjoy your holiday.

The staff were fantastic, A+ recommended. Rooms were clean and had a large balcony. We didn't use the pool, but it was busy.
