The hotel's atmosphere really comes from its people. Nikos is a fantastic bartender, full of wonderful energy, and the restaurant team, Kamis and Rafaela, were great as well. Lovely place, great service, and I’d highly recommend it for a fun holiday.

We left feeling happy, a little sad to go, and full of warm memories. The terrace had a wonderful view, and the sea was clean with a nice beach. Getting there took about 10 minutes, and the hotel is near the main road, so catching a bus to Rethymno was easy. Our room was cozy and cleaned regularly. The kitchen staff were incredibly kind, and we’re very grateful to them. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel!

The friendly, polite restaurant staff and the beautiful view from there were highlights. The food was okay, but our stay was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want a quiet vacation. Maybe rooms farther from the pool would be more peaceful, but we couldn’t rest well in ours. Loud music went on every night until 11 PM. We waited for it to stop, but it kept going. When we called reception, they said it was the bartender’s birthday. That didn’t feel like a reasonable excuse. The rooms aren’t soundproofed, and noise came through even with the door shut because there were gaps. When we called again, the receptionist was rude and told us to speak to the bartender ourselves. We didn’t think that was our responsibility. Not everyone is here to party, some guests need to rest and get up early. We expected a 4-star experience and didn’t feel welcome. The room was very small and didn’t look like the photos. There was mold in the bathroom and a bad smell from the drains. Housekeepers showed up without notice and asked if we wanted the room cleaned. There were no “Do Not Disturb” or “Please Clean” signs for the door, and I think that needs fixing. Staff shouldn’t just enter rooms without notice. Some reception staff also seemed uninterested in helping. This definitely didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel.

Nikos made our stay unforgettable with the way he looked after people. He was professional, welcoming, and attentive, with an easy warmth that made us feel right at home. He’s not just a great server, he really understands hospitality and how to make each guest feel special. He’s kind, genuine, and clearly passionate about his work. The hotel in Crete was already a wonderful place, and his service made it even better.
