The place was just as promised when we booked, so we had no complaints. Our room was roomy and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The location was especially handy, a minute from Bali port beach, the Street food gyros, and a good supermarket with a local butcher. Try the fresh lamb or pork sausages and pork saulvaki. And a special mention to our lovely host, who helped us when we got lost in the Bali hills.

The owners were so helpful and friendly, and the studio is close to pretty much everything: the beach, market, shops, taverns and coffee shops. We spent two nights at Angelika guest house. Our room was spacious, with a small, pleasant balcony looking out onto the flower-filled Greek streets and their cosy houses.

We booked in August 2021, and the place clearly hadn't been cleaned, despite what we were told at the repair shop. Dust was everywhere, the bathrooms had urine drips, and the bedding and towels made us itch. The air conditioners didn't work properly either. This needs renovation, not just a fresh coat of paint. We ended up starting our vacation with a spring clean and bleaching everything because we'd had enough.

The landlords were really nice, and it was great value for the money. Everything's nearby: the beach is 100 m away, a taverna is 500 m away, and the shopping center is 250 m away. 😀

A lovely, very clean house just 20 meters from the beach. The hostess was very nice and always answered our questions quickly. Highly recommend!
